Questions we hear a lot
How long does a typical project take from start to finish?
Most projects take 4–6 weeks total: 1 week to schedule the consultation, 1–2 weeks for the 3D design, 2–4 weeks for shop fabrication, and 1 day for installation. Reach-in closets and pantry retrofits are often faster.
Is the in-home consultation actually free?
Yes — no hidden fee, no commitment, no high-pressure pitch. We'll measure, ask how you use the space, and follow up with a quote. Roughly 70% of consultations turn into projects, so we're motivated to be useful even if it's not a fit.
Who actually does the installation?
Our own W2 employees. Background-checked, drug-tested, in matching uniforms with branded vans. We do not subcontract installations to third parties — that's a deliberate choice that costs us a little margin and saves us a lot of headaches.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We partner with Synchrony Financial for 0%-interest plans up to 18 months for qualified buyers. We can run the application during or after your consultation.
What if I'm not sure what I want yet?
Most people aren't. The consultation is genuinely a conversation — bring Pinterest screenshots, describe your frustrations, or just point at the closet. We'll come back with a 3D rendering you can react to.
Do you guarantee the work?
Yes. Lifetime warranty on materials and workmanship for the original homeowner. If a hinge fails or a drawer slide acts up five years in, we come back and fix it. That's part of being local.
Can you match existing trim or millwork?
In most cases, yes. We carry a wide range of stock profiles and can custom-mill matches for historic or custom homes. Bring a sample to the consultation if you can.
